The $500 Essentials Plan covers all labor, and your handyperson will have all tools needed for the job. Any materials that are needed for your tasks — filters, caulk, batteries, bulbs — are billed separately, at cost.
Yes. If you decide you want more visits or a dedicated handyman who learns your home, you can upgrade within the first 60 days and we'll credit any unused Essentials visits toward your new plan. After that, you can connect with our Member Success team to discuss your upgrade.
Your handyman will flag anything they see that falls outside the bundle — a higher gutter, a non-maintenance issue, or a repair that needs a specialist. Our team will be happy to talk through options.
