With your Honey Homes annual membership, you get ongoing service from one skilled, dedicated handyman and partnership from a full team behind the scenes to help address day to day home needs. Annual members can choose between our Starter (10 visits), Busy Homeowner (20 visits), and Plus (30 visits) plans. Visits can be used flexibly over the course of 12 months. You can use these upfront or spread out as you like. Your handyman will complete jobs on your to-do list, create a bespoke home maintenance plan for your home, and guide you with suggestions to keep your home in great shape. All handyman labor is included and there is no per visit fee for your regular handyman visits. Every Honey Homes handyman is fully-employed by us, and vetted thoroughly for quality and service. You'll also have access to our team of experts with whom you can schedule a virtual consultation, and get support from daily. For complex jobs that require a specialist by law or crop up urgently, Honey Homes can help recommend trusted vendors from our partner network.You’ll also receive access to the Honey Homes App, where you can update and track your to-do list, easily book appointments, message our friendly support team with questions at any time.Membership depends on your location, and a few select urban cities are priced at a premium to cover increased labor costs. Honey Homes’ handymen and handywomen can complete jobs of many sizes, ranging from changing light fixtures and hanging artwork to replacing a toilet. See a full list of coverage areas here, which includes installation, assembly, carpentry, patch and paint, drywall, and minor electrical and plumbing. If a new water or power source is needed, we’ll always refer you to a specialist for safety reasons. As soon as we see that a job requires a specialist, we’ll be upfront with you, and can recommend a trusted vendor in our network.Honey Homes does not handle ongoing pool care, ongoing landscaping, or house cleaning.

Honey Homes handymen are fully employed by Honey Homes, and only 1% pass through our hiring process. Every handyman undergoes a thorough vetting process for quality, service and friendliness, including a background check and hands-on assessment. We also provide regular training opportunities. Our handymen and handywomen have several years of experience in the industry, take pride in their work, and enjoy working with homeowners.
Yes, there is a "Give $400, Get $400" referral program. Members can receive a $400 credit for every new member they refer that signs up for a Honey Homes membership. The credit will be applied to their next invoice(s) from Honey Homes. You can refer a friend or neighbor from your “Profile” tab in the Honey Homes mobile app. If 10 friends or neighbors sign up from your referral within your first 6 months, we’ll thank you by giving you an entire year free.
Annual members can choose between our Starter (10 visits), Busy Homeowner (20 visits), and Plus (30 visits) plans. Visits can be use flexibly over the course of one year. You can pre-book visits in advance if you like (e.g. 3rd Friday of the month) or pull time forward and backward as you like. Visits can be booked on the app or via our team in two time blocks: a 3.5 hour visit or a 1 hr 45 minute visit. The last 10 minutes of every visit is devoted to clean up and task documentation in the app.If you need more visits, you can book an additional 1 hour and 45 minute visit a la carte for $250.
At your 30-45-minute free home walk-thru evaluation, you'll meet our walk-thru specialist and review the items on your to-do list. He or she will be upfront about what can be completed by them, and where we'll have to coordinate a specialist. You'll get a great sense of the value you'd receive from Honey Homes. There is no obligation or credit card required. As soon as your walk-thru is booked, you can download the Honey Homes app and start adding to your to-do list. You’ll be able to log into the app using your phone number.After your walk-thru, if you'd like to join, please book your first visit from the "Schedule" tab of the app, or let us know and we can help. When you book your first visit, you’ll be ask to select up to 3 tasks for us to work on at that visit. If we finish those early, we’ll absolutely stay to continue working through your list.Your handyman will always arrive wearing booties and a Honey Homes polo.
Your Honey Homes handyman will come prepared with basic parts needed for everyday small tasks (nails, basic caulk, etc). For larger parts or materials required, you have the option of purchasing those yourself or having us research and purchase these on your behalf. If you choose the latter, we’ll add a nominal $10 shopping fee to cover the cost of researching and purchasing parts. This fee is fixed (not a percentage) and charged per visit requiring parts (not per part). For parts more than $100, we will also ask for approval to purchase in the app.Please note that for parts and materials that you will be looking at or touching every day (e.g. a new kitchen faucet), we suggest you pick it out yourself. We’re happy to provide advice as needed.
Honey Homes will design a bespoke home maintenance plan for your home, including over 10 home maintenance tasks important to keeping your home safe and functional. We’ll work with you during your first 60 days to visit your home and document your major appliances and systems, to create the plan. Then, we’ll notify you when it’s time to complete maintenance items and you can easily add them to upcoming visits.
We understand that plans change. You may reschedule or cancel a visit at any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time at no charge.To help us make the best use of our handymen’s schedules and maintain availability for all members, visits cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be deducted from your membership balance. We know that emergencies and unexpected situations arise. If something comes up, please reach out to our Member Success team as soon as possible. We're always happy to work with members and review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.This policy helps us provide reliable scheduling, reduce unused appointment time, and maximize availability for all Honey Homes members.

We want you to feel great about your membership. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee—if you’re not completely satisfied and we can’t make it right, we’ll give you a refund for your unused visits within the first 30 days of your membership. After the first 30 days, your membership is non-refundable, and you’ll have 12 months to use all your included visits. While we don’t refund unused visits after your first 30 days, we do allow you to roll over up to 4 visits into your next membership year upon request.If anything we do ever falls short of your expectations, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Please let us know as soon as you notice an issue, and Honey Homes will directly coordinate the best fix - this may be via Honey Homes or a third party that we trust. Please note that Honey Homes will not reimburse outside work from a third-party that is not approved by our team in advance.
