Whenever possible, you’ll work with the same primary handyperson visit after visit. They learn your home: where the shut-off valves are, which doors swell in the winter, what has already been repaired, and what should be watched over time.

When a different skill set or additional support is needed, your broader Honey Homes team can step in—with the history of your home and past work available to them.

A thoughtful plan for your home

It starts with a complimentary 30 minute walk-thru. We learn about your home, talk through what’s on your mind, and help build a prioritized list of repairs, maintenance, and improvements.

Some items may need attention right away. Others can be planned for a future visit or the right season. And some may require a specialist outside Honey Homes’ scope. We’ll be honest about which is which.

Your list, visit history, photos, and follow-ups live in the Honey Homes app, so you have one organized place to manage it all—and a concierge team available when you need help.

Flexible visits to steadily get things done

Honey Homes is not a month-to-month handyman subscription. Members choose a package of visits to use flexibly over 12 months.

Some members prefer shorter, more frequent visits to stay ahead of everyday maintenance. Others stack visits together for a larger project or a longer list. You can book around your schedule and use your time based on what your home needs most.

The goal isn’t simply to complete isolated tasks. It’s to give you one reliable system—and one team in your corner—for caring for your home over time.

If you have a burst pipe, gas leak, electrical emergency, or another issue requiring immediate attention, you should contact the appropriate emergency professional. We’re at our best when we can help you stay ahead of your home’s needs and steadily keep everything in good working order.‍
• Large-scale construction or renovation. We can handle a wide range of repairs, maintenance, and improvements, but we’re not a replacement for a general contractor managing a full kitchen remodel or major addition. When something falls outside our scope, we’ll tell you—and help point you in the right direction when we can.
